Das erwartet Sie in Ihrer neuen Rolle:

First contact and phone support for customers directly and Bauer Equipment Australia technicians to assist with technical questions for fault finding, repairs, rigging / de-rigging and maintenance of the full range of BAUER equipment to help customers on site and our own technicians in our workshop facility in Sydney
Liaise directly with our customers service staff to rectify faults over the telephone and provide written guidance on process for repair via email
Liaise and log with the BAUER Maschinen After-Sales Team in Germany to provide feedback from jobsites and to help rectify faults
Various other tasks related to repairs, maintenance and spare parts requirements for BAUER equipment
Compliance and execution of BAUER standards in the field of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

Damit überzeugen Sie uns:

Minimum 5 years of Bauer rig experience essential; MC / RTG / MAT / KLEMM experience is also helpful
Possess a thorough high-level understanding of modern mobile Hydraulics and Electrics / Electronics (in particular Bauer BG rigs)
Fluent verbal and written English language skills
Have excellent communication skills and a customer focused attitude
Have the right to work in Australia or meet the requirements to do so
Prepared to relocate on a local contract to Australia with a view to permanent residency if desired
Hold a full driving license recognizable in Australia
Have a flexible approach to the working day, a willingness to work out of hours and occasionally (approx. 10%) travel around Australia & New Zealand as required
